About 40% of American adults are obese, a sharp increase from a decade earlier and a record high. according to federal health officials. It is probably wise to invest in the companies that manufacture insulin and sugar test strips.
This is a blog post to remind me to lose a little weight. At 5’9″, I lost 30 pounds in 2017 and went from 190 to 160. In 2018, I creeped up to 170. I am sure that it is the carrot cake … I love it. I need to get back to 160. I feel so much better at 160. I exercise every day on the treadmill with an incline of 6 … max heart rate of about 115.
I find that some field inspectors are staying away from commercial inspections as it may mean climbing some stairs in apartment buildings and hotels without elevators. Inspectors tell me that they cannot make the climb. They just can’t handle the stairs. That is great for the skinny field inspectors as it cuts down the competition. The skinny inspectors love the stairs as it is great exercise. They run the stairs.
The $3 mortgage inspectors must all be skinny as they have to run around those foreclosure homes taking the 7 required photos in order to make any money. They also have to be able to outrun an angry homeowner with a baseball bat, gun or a huge dog.
I am sure to get some comments from the fat … let me say slightly overweight … field inspectors. I am a little over my high school weight … I’m fat … so I can talk about weight problems. I am part of the crowd of people who need to lose more weight. Send me some of the higher paying commercial inspections as I need to climb some stairs. It’s great exercise.
